Artist Statement
Hi,
My name is Doris Dewey. I am a retired Administrative Assistant from Elgin, IL that now teaches ceramics to four (4) gated communities here in the Leesburg, Clermont, FL area.
I became a certified ceramic teacher in 2003 and wouldn't trade it for the world. I really enjoy doing what I do and watching my students make something really remarkable. They, too, are often surprised by how good something looks.
